The following rates apply for the apartment: 1 weeks stays, begining on Friday: Weeks commencing between 1st June and 15th September 2010, £550 per week Weeks commencing between 22nd Spetember and 29th October 2010, £490 per week Weeks commencing between 5th November and 17th December 2010, £430 per week Weeks commencing 24th and 31st December 2010, £550 per week Weeks commencing between 7th January and 8th April 2011, £440 per week Weeks commencing between 15th April and 20th May 2011, £515 Weeks commencing between 27th May and 17th June 2011, £545 Weeks commenicng between 24th June and 9th September 2011, £570 Short stays: Between November 2010 and March 2011 short stays of a minimum of 2 nights are available, except during the weeks commencing 24th and 31st December. These are priced at £222, with a third night free, when booked directly with us. Further nights can be booked at £85 per night. Bookings Bookings are normally made on a weekly basis, commencing on a Friday. Short stays may be available by arrangement.
Bookings are based on four people staying at St Peter’s Grove for one week. We do not offer any discounts for fewer people staying for all or part of the week. Holiday Insurance is not included in your booking. For peace of mind we recommend that you arrange suitable cover for your holiday. All online bookings are subject to confirmation by email.
A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance is required 8 weeks before the commencement of your holiday. Where bookings are made within 8 weeks, payment in full is required. Payment can be made by UK cheque or by credit card by going to the Contacts and Bookings page on this website. Due to unavoidable bank charges, we have to make a 3.5% surcharge for credit card payments Cancellation Policy Any cancellations made more than 8 weeks in advance of stay will be refunded in full. Any cancellations made less than 8 weeks in advance of stay will be refunded if the accommodation can be re-let minus a 10% handling charge. If this is not possible, the full amount will be withheld. No Shows - the full amount will be withheld. Curtailment of Stay - no refunds will be given unless exceptional circumstances apply. The owners reserve the right to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances with a refund of the booking fee only. Check In Check-in times are from 15.30-21.00 on a Friday. Please state your approximate time of arrival when booking. Check-in times outside of these hours must be agreed at the time of booking. Checking-Out Guests are required to vacate the apartment by 10.00 on the day of departure. Car Parking Off street parking at St Peter’s Grove is available for one car in the parking bay marked no.4 further on street parking can be supplied using a parking permit, which must be requested in advance. This is must be returned on departure. Loss/Damage to Property Guests will take reasonable care of the property, its fixtures, fittings and furnishings and it is to be left in the same condition and state of cleanliness as it was found. Baggage and personal property left at the accommodation is the guests risk at all times. The owner is not responsible for any personal injury suffered by the occupants or others. No Smoking We adopt a strictly no-smoking policy. Should you choose to ignore this policy, you will be charged £100 for specialist cleaning to the house. No Pets Pets are not allowed to stay at the apartment Taxation All prices include VAT. By booking, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
